Stephen joined O’Halloran & Company in 2001, working part time whilst completing his BBS in Accounting, and Graduate Diploma in Economics at Massey University. Stephen originally worked, and was employed under Anita Walker.
In April 2009 he obtained his Certificate of Public Practice and joined Bruce as a director. Stephen is now sole Director (since June 2016).
Stephen’s passion is around balance in work and life and enjoys discussing and helping his clients work towards his 3 Freedoms concept around Time, Mind and Financial Freedom.
Stephen enjoys working with business owners on building Strategy, Capability, Profit and Cashflow within the business.
Stephen is married to Karen who works in the insurance industry. They are proud parents to Cody and Joel.
